REFUNDS

Our products are handmade, using highest quality of ingredients. Natural imperfection is expected, such as slight color change and or wet spots. Neither will affect product performance. Once you receive your products, you have three days to contact us, via email or our 'Contact Us' page of any issues you may have with your order. A representative will contact you via email within five business days. Candid Candle Boutique LLC, does not hold responsibility for damages or stolen products during shipment/delivery but we will assist our customers with contacting the shipping carrier on the matter. If it is determined that the product is defected on our end a refund or new item will be shipped. This will be determined by  Candid Candle Boutique LLC administrator'
